"We've had Swift Cleaning Pros work on our home three times now (we have a standing appointment every two weeks). The first time, we asked for a thorough cleaning, since we hadn't had a service in quite awhile and the other two cleanings were general/up keep cleaning. The first time for the initial cleaning, Jessica and another person were at the house for about 4 hours; the two other times, Jessica handled the cleaning alone and worked about 2.5 -3 hours. Jessica is very good at her job and we discuss what may need more attention or less attention. She notifies us what her ETA will be, because we move our dogs into one of the bedrooms so that they don't get in her way. Jessica lets us know when she is done so that she can tell us if she had any problems or if we need anything else cleaned. Communication with the main office has been wonderful, because we get a response pretty quickly if we have a question or they remind us a couple of days in advance of our appointment."
